Terms of Service

The full terms governing use of The Merch Maverick platform and factory-direct production services are being finalised with counsel. High-level expectations until then:

Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on artwork, materials, and production scheduling.
Standard payment is 60% deposit on order confirmation and 40% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
Lead times are quoted in business days and start once artwork is approved and deposit is cleared.
Clients retain ownership of their brand assets. We retain the right to feature finished work in marketing unless asked otherwise.
Disputes are handled in good faith via ceo@themerchmaverick.com.
