What are the import duties from Bangladesh to Germany?
Bangladesh holds Least Developed Country (LDC) status with EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) preferential access. Most cotton apparel categories from Bangladesh enter Germany at 0% tariff under EBA — compared to 6–12% for similar products from China. We quote total landed cost in EUR including freight, duty, and a line item for German import VAT (MwSt) — so the number you see is the number you pay.
Do you quote and invoice in EUR?
Yes. All German quotes are in EUR. FX rates are locked at order confirmation. Invoices are issued in EUR. German MwSt is not included in our quotes (it applies at import through your German customs process) — we flag this clearly in every quote breakdown.
Is Bangladesh manufacturing ethical?
Our factories are ACCORD-certified and OEKO-TEX certified. How do reorders work? Will the colour match?
Every order includes a permanent tech pack created at 3D approval — Pantone reference, GSM specification, embroidery placement, and colour references. When you reorder 18 months later, production runs from the same tech pack. Colour consistency on reorders is one of the most common failures with distributors; it is not an issue with factory-direct production because we own the specification.
What are your delivery times to Germany?
Standard production is 4–8 weeks from approved 3D render to Germany delivery. Rush production is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge quoted upfront. Sea freight from Bangladesh to German ports takes 18–22 days; air freight is 3–4 days. We quote both freight options with specific delivery date estimates for every order.
