Why Austrian businesses choose factory-direct

Austria operates within the DACH market with high quality standards and procurement processes that value documentation. We treat OEKO-TEX certification, precise GSM specifications, Pantone-matched reorders, ACCORD factory ethics documentation, and full cost transparency as standard — not optional extras.

OEKO-TEX certified cotton

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification is available across our full cotton product range. For Austrian companies with sustainability programmes or procurement requirements — particularly in hospitality and corporate sectors — we note OEKO-TEX status on every product in your quote. Documentation available for procurement approval.

0% EU customs duty from Bangladesh

Bangladesh holds EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) status. Most cotton apparel categories enter Austria at 0% duty — compared to 6–12% for equivalent products from China. Austrian MwSt. (20%) applies at import. Your quote includes the full landed cost in EUR so there are no surprises.

EUR pricing locked at order confirmation

All quotes for Austria are in EUR. Exchange rates are locked at order confirmation. Austrian MwSt. (20%) is noted clearly on every quote. No currency risk between quote and invoice.

Pantone-matched reorders

Colour consistency on reorders is a persistent problem with distributors. We lock Pantone references, GSM specifications, and embroidery placements into a permanent tech pack at the 3D approval stage. Your reorder in two years will be identical. We own the specification, so consistency is built in.

What Austrian businesses order

Every product is made in our Bangladesh factory network — the same production infrastructure that supplies Reebok, Hugo Boss, Carhartt, Adidas, Zara, and H&M. Cotton-first. OEKO-TEX certified options across all categories.

Austria: corporate and hospitality merchandise

Austria has a strong corporate sector centred on Vienna — including major multinationals, financial institutions, and energy companies with offices across Europe and beyond. Vienna is also one of Europe's leading conference and hotel destinations. Both verticals need consistent, quality branded merchandise at scale.

Corporate multi-office consistency

Austrian companies with offices across the DACH region or EU need consistent branded merchandise across locations. One factory spec. One Pantone reference. Same 280 GSM hoodie in Vienna, Graz, and Zurich.

Vienna hospitality standard

Vienna's hotel and restaurant sector operates at a high visual standard. 180–220 GSM cotton for front-of-house staff. OEKO-TEX certification for procurement compliance. MOQ from 25 units for hospitality programmes.

DACH procurement documentation

DACH procurement teams require documentation. We provide OEKO-TEX certificates, ACCORD factory audits, full cost breakdowns in EUR, and tech packs with Pantone references — everything your procurement approval process needs.

How factory-direct works for Austrian businesses

1

Request a quote

Tell us the product, quantity, and decoration details. We respond with a factory-matched specification, OEKO-TEX status, and EUR pricing within 24 hours. Austrian MwSt. (20%) is excluded from the quote — it applies at import.

2

Approve the 3D render

Before production starts, you approve a photorealistic 3D render built from your factory specification. Fabric weight, Pantone colour, embroidery placement, GSM. If anything is wrong, we fix it before the factory cuts a single piece. The approved render becomes your permanent tech pack.

3

Production with milestone updates

Photo updates at cutting, sewing, and quality control. Standard production is 4–8 weeks from 3D approval. Rush is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge noted in the quote. No surprises.

4

Delivery to Austria

Goods ship from Bangladesh to your Austrian address. Bangladesh holds EU EBA GSP status — most cotton apparel categories enter Austria at 0% duty. We coordinate freight, customs documentation, and provide a full EUR landed cost breakdown before you confirm the order.

Questions from Austrian buyers

Is OEKO-TEX certification available?

Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is available across our full cotton product range and is noted on every quote. For Austrian clients we treat OEKO-TEX as a baseline standard, not an add-on. Documentation is available for procurement approval processes.

What are customs duties from Bangladesh to Austria?

Bangladesh holds LDC status with EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) preferential access. Most cotton apparel categories from Bangladesh enter Austria at 0% duty — compared to 6–12% for equivalent products from China. Austrian MwSt. (20%) applies at import. Your quote includes the full landed cost in EUR.

Do you quote and invoice in EUR with Austrian MwSt.?

Yes. All quotes for Austria are in EUR. Exchange rates are locked at order confirmation. Austrian MwSt. (20%) applies at import via your Austrian customs process — we note it clearly on every quote.

Is Bangladesh production ethical?

Our factories are ACCORD certified and OEKO-TEX certified. The same production lines supply Hugo Boss, Adidas, H&M, Zara, and Levi's — brands that have audited Bangladesh factories for over 20 years. ACCORD documentation and OEKO-TEX certificates are available on request.

How do reorders work? Will the colour be consistent?

Every order includes a permanent tech pack created at the 3D approval stage — Pantone reference, GSM specification, embroidery placement. When you reorder in 18 months, production runs from the same tech pack. Colour consistency on reorders is not a problem with factory-direct production because we own the specification.

What are the lead times to Austria?

Standard production is 4–8 weeks from 3D approval to delivery in Austria. Rush production is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge noted in the quote. Sea freight from Bangladesh to Austria (via Hamburg or Rotterdam) takes 22–26 days; air freight is 3–4 days. Both options are quoted with specific delivery date estimates.
