Approve the 3D render
Before production starts, you approve a photorealistic 3D render built from your factory spec — fabric weight, Pantone colour, embroidery placement, GSM. If anything is wrong, we correct it before the factory cuts a single item.
Production with milestone updates
Photo updates at cut, sew, and quality check. Standard production takes 4–8 weeks. Rush production is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge quoted upfront. No surprises.
Delivery to your EU address
Goods ship from Bangladesh to your European address. We coordinate freight and customs documentation. EU customs duties and VAT apply — we quote total landed cost in EUR so you know the full number before confirming.

Is OEKO-TEX certification available?
Yes. OEKO-TEX certified cotton options are standard across our production range. For German, Dutch, Belgian, and Austrian buyers, we flag OEKO-TEX status on every product in your quote — it is a procurement table stake in these markets and we treat it as one. GOTS certification is available on request for specific product categories.
Do you quote in EUR?
Yes. All European quotes are in EUR by default. FX rates are locked at order confirmation. We also quote in GBP for UK clients and in USD for US buyers.
What are EU import duties on apparel from Bangladesh?
Bangladesh is an LDC (Least Developed Country) with GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) status for EU imports. Most apparel categories from Bangladesh enter the EU at 0% tariff under EBA — a significant cost advantage versus sourcing from China or Turkey. We quote total landed cost including freight, duties, and local VAT so the number you see is the number you pay.
Is Bangladesh manufacturing ethical and certifiable?
Our factories are ACCORD-certified and OEKO-TEX certified. The same production lines supply Reebok, Hugo Boss, H&M, Zara, Adidas, and Levi's — brands with 20+ years of Bangladesh factory audit programmes. We can supply ACCORD audit documentation and OEKO-TEX certificates on request for procurement compliance sign-off.
What are your lead times to Europe?
Standard production is 4–8 weeks from approved 3D render to EU delivery. Rush production is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge quoted upfront. Freight from Bangladesh to major EU distribution hubs takes 14–21 days by sea or 3–5 days by air. We quote both options with specific delivery date estimates.
