Why Polish businesses choose factory-direct
Poland is one of the EU's largest economies, with a strong and growing corporate sector centred on Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk. Polish businesses operating across EU markets and beyond need consistent, well-specified branded merchandise at factory pricing — not distributor markups.
OEKO-TEX certified cotton
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification is available across our full cotton product range. For Polish companies with sustainability programmes, public-sector procurement requirements, or corporate ESG reporting — we note OEKO-TEX status on every product in your quote. Documentation available on request.
0% EU customs duty from Bangladesh
Bangladesh holds EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) status. Most cotton apparel categories from Bangladesh enter Poland at 0% duty — compared to 6–12% for equivalent products from China. Polish VAT (23%) applies at import. Your quote includes the full landed cost in EUR so there are no surprises.
EUR pricing locked at order confirmation
All quotes are in EUR. PLN equivalents are provided for reference at the EUR/PLN rate on the quote date. Exchange rates are locked at order confirmation. Polish VAT (23%) is noted clearly on every quote and applies at import — not added on top of our price.
Pantone-matched reorders
Colour consistency on reorders is a persistent problem with Polish distributors. We lock Pantone references, GSM specifications, and embroidery placements into a permanent tech pack at the 3D approval stage. Your reorder in two years runs from the same tech pack. Colour consistency is built in.
What Polish businesses order
Every product is made in our Bangladesh factory network — the same production infrastructure that supplies Reebok, Hugo Boss, Carhartt, Adidas, Zara, and H&M. Cotton-first. OEKO-TEX certified options across all categories.

Warsaw is one of the EU's fastest-growing corporate hubs, with a high concentration of multi-national companies, shared service centres, and tech companies with offices across the EU and US. Krakow and Wroclaw have strong IT and finance sectors. The Polish hospitality sector and entertainment industry are also significant — with major hotel groups, restaurant chains, and theme parks across the country.
Corporate multi-office consistency
Polish companies with offices across the EU or US need consistent branded merchandise across locations. One factory spec. One Pantone reference. Same 280 GSM cotton hoodie in Warsaw, Krakow, and Berlin.
Hospitality and entertainment uniforms
Poland has a fast-growing hotel sector and a significant entertainment and theme park industry. Staff uniforms for front-of-house, food service, and entertainment venues from 25 units per garment type. OEKO-TEX certified cotton standard.
Corporate procurement documentation
Polish corporate and public-sector procurement processes require documentation. We provide OEKO-TEX certificates, ACCORD factory audits, full cost breakdowns in EUR with PLN reference, and tech packs with Pantone references for procurement approval.
How factory-direct works for Polish businesses
Request a quote
Tell us the product, quantity, and decoration details. We respond with a factory-matched specification, OEKO-TEX status, and EUR pricing (with PLN reference) within 24 hours. Polish VAT (23%) is excluded from the quote — it applies at import via your Polish customs process.
Approve the 3D render
Before production starts, you approve a photorealistic 3D render built from your factory specification. Fabric weight, Pantone colour, embroidery placement, GSM. If anything is wrong, we fix it before the factory cuts a single piece. The approved render becomes your permanent tech pack.
Production with milestone updates
Photo updates at cutting, sewing, and quality control. Standard production is 4–8 weeks from 3D approval. Rush is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge noted in the quote. No surprises.
Delivery to Poland
Goods ship from Bangladesh to your Polish address. Bangladesh holds EU EBA GSP status — most cotton apparel categories enter Poland at 0% duty. Sea freight via Hamburg, Rotterdam, or Gdansk takes 20–24 days; air freight is 3–4 days. We coordinate freight, customs documentation, and provide a full EUR landed cost breakdown before you confirm the order.
Questions from Polish buyers
Is OEKO-TEX certification available?
Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is available across our full cotton product range and is noted on every quote. For Polish clients we treat OEKO-TEX as a baseline standard, not an add-on. Documentation is available for corporate and public-sector procurement approval processes.
What are customs duties from Bangladesh to Poland?
Bangladesh holds LDC status with EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) preferential access. Poland, as an EU member, benefits from 0% duty on most cotton apparel categories from Bangladesh — compared to 6–12% for equivalent products from China. Polish VAT (23%) applies at import. Your quote includes the full landed cost in EUR.
Do you quote in EUR or PLN?
EUR by default. PLN reference is provided at the EUR/PLN rate on the quote date. The EUR amount is binding. Polish VAT (23%) applies at import via your Polish customs process and is excluded from our quote.
Is Bangladesh production ethical?
Our factories are ACCORD certified and OEKO-TEX certified. The same production lines supply Hugo Boss, Adidas, H&M, Zara, and Levi's — brands that have audited Bangladesh factories for over 20 years. ACCORD documentation and OEKO-TEX certificates are available on request.
How do reorders work? Will the colour be consistent?
Every order includes a permanent tech pack created at the 3D approval stage — Pantone reference, GSM specification, embroidery placement. When you reorder in 18 months, production runs from the same tech pack. Colour consistency on reorders is not a problem with factory-direct production because we own the specification.
What are the lead times to Poland?
Standard production is 4–8 weeks from 3D approval to delivery in Poland. Rush production is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge noted in the quote. Sea freight from Bangladesh to Poland via Hamburg, Rotterdam, or Gdansk takes 20–24 days; air freight is 3–4 days. Both options are quoted with specific delivery date estimates.
