Why Danish businesses choose factory-direct
Denmark is one of Europe's most design-conscious and sustainability-driven markets. Copenhagen is a global hub for shipping, pharma, and fashion. Aarhus drives Jutland's retail and industrial economy. Danish businesses expect OEKO-TEX certified materials and ACCORD-certified factory ethics as a baseline requirement, and they expect the product to look exactly as agreed.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — baseline, not optional
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification is available across our full cotton product range and is noted on every quote. For Danish companies with sustainability programmes, ESG reporting, or public procurement requirements — this is a baseline standard, not an add-on. ACCORD ethics certification covers all our Bangladesh factories. Documentation is available for Danish CSR and procurement approval processes.
0% EU customs duty from Bangladesh
Bangladesh holds Least Developed Country status with EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) preferential access. As an EU member, Denmark benefits from 0% duty on most cotton apparel categories from Bangladesh — compared to 6–12% for equivalent products from China. Danish moms (25%) applies at import. Your quote includes the full landed cost in EUR.
DKK pricing with EUR binding price
All quotes are in EUR. DKK equivalents are provided for reference at the EUR/DKK rate on the quote date. The EUR amount is the binding price. Danish moms (25%) is noted clearly on every quote and applies at import — not added on top of our price.
Danish Design standard — 3D approval before production
Denmark has one of the world's strongest design cultures. We match that expectation: every order starts with a photorealistic 3D render built to exact specification — Pantone reference, GSM, embroidery placement. You approve it before we cut a single piece. If it is not right, production does not start. That render becomes your permanent tech pack for consistent reorders.
What Danish businesses order
Every product is made in our Bangladesh factory network — the same production infrastructure that supplies Reebok, Hugo Boss, Carhartt, Adidas, Zara, and H&M. Cotton-first. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified options across all categories.

Copenhagen is home to Maersk, Novo Nordisk, and some of Europe's most recognisable fashion brands (Bestseller, Ganni, Ecco). Aarhus drives Jutland's retail economy and is home to Bestseller's global HQ. Denmark's entertainment sector includes Tivoli Gardens (Copenhagen, one of Europe's most visited attractions) and Bakken (Klampenborg, the world's oldest amusement park). Danish design culture sets a high standard for product aesthetics and quality — one we are built to match.
Corporate and multi-office companies
Danish companies with offices across EU and internationally need consistent branded merchandise at every location. Maersk, Novo Nordisk, and Bestseller are global. Our factory spec travels with the brand. One Pantone reference. Same 280 GSM cotton hoodie in Copenhagen, London, and New York.
Amusement parks and entertainment venues
Denmark's entertainment venues run large seasonal staff programmes. Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen draws 4.4 million visitors per year. Bakken (Klampenborg) is the world's oldest amusement park. OEKO-TEX certified cotton pique polos and branded hoodies built to last 150+ wash cycles. Factory-direct pricing for seasonal and multi-site programmes.
Hospitality and design-led brands
Copenhagen's hospitality sector is design-driven — hotel uniforms and staff apparel must match the brand's visual identity exactly. 3D approval before production starts means what is delivered matches what was approved. Front-of-house hotel polo shirts and staff uniforms from 25 units per garment type.
How factory-direct works for Danish businesses
Request a quote
Tell us the product, quantity, and decoration details. We respond with a factory-matched specification, OEKO-TEX status, ACCORD certification confirmation, and EUR pricing (with DKK reference) within 24 hours. Danish moms (25%) is excluded from the quote — it applies at import via your Danish customs process.
Approve the 3D render
Before production starts, you approve a photorealistic 3D render built from your factory specification. Fabric weight, Pantone colour, embroidery placement, GSM. If anything is wrong, we fix it before the factory cuts a single piece. The approved render becomes your permanent tech pack.
Production with milestone updates
Photo updates at cutting, sewing, and quality control. Standard production is 4–8 weeks from 3D approval. Rush is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge noted in the quote. No surprises.
Delivery to Denmark
Goods ship from Bangladesh to your Danish address. Bangladesh holds EU EBA GSP status — most cotton apparel categories enter Denmark at 0% duty. Sea freight via Copenhagen port or Aarhus port takes 21–26 days; air freight is 3–5 days. We coordinate freight, customs documentation, and provide a full EUR landed cost breakdown before you confirm the order.
Questions from Danish buyers
Is OEKO-TEX certification available?
Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is available across our full cotton product range and is noted on every quote. For Danish clients we treat OEKO-TEX as a baseline standard, not an add-on. ACCORD ethics certification covers all our Bangladesh factories. Documentation is available for corporate and public-sector procurement approval processes.
What are customs duties from Bangladesh to Denmark?
Bangladesh holds LDC status with EU GSP Everything But Arms (EBA) preferential access. Denmark, as an EU member, benefits from 0% duty on most cotton apparel categories from Bangladesh — compared to 6–12% for equivalent products from China. Danish moms (25%) applies at import. Your quote includes the full landed cost in EUR.
Do you quote in DKK or EUR?
EUR by default. DKK reference is provided at the EUR/DKK rate on the quote date. The EUR amount is binding. Danish moms (25%) applies at import via your Danish customs process and is excluded from our quote.
Is Bangladesh production ethical?
Our factories are ACCORD certified and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The same production lines supply Hugo Boss, Adidas, H&M, Zara, and Levi's — brands that have audited Bangladesh factories for over 20 years. ACCORD documentation and OEKO-TEX certificates are available on request for Danish CSR and procurement teams.
How do reorders work? Will the quality and colour be consistent?
Every order includes a permanent tech pack created at the 3D approval stage — Pantone reference, GSM specification, embroidery placement. When you reorder in 18 months, production runs from the same tech pack. Consistency on reorders is not a problem with factory-direct production because we own the specification, not a distributor.
What are the lead times to Denmark?
Standard production is 4–8 weeks from 3D approval to delivery in Denmark. Rush production is 7–10 days with a 15–25% surcharge noted in the quote. Sea freight from Bangladesh via Copenhagen port or Aarhus port takes 21–26 days; air freight is 3–5 days. Both options are quoted with specific delivery date estimates.
